What does the getting-to-know-each-other-chat entail?
The purpose of the chat is for us to get to know each other a little better. This will make the photo shoot itself significantly more relaxed and meaningful. I will be asking you some questions and I hope you will answer them as openly and honestly as you possibly can. This will help me plan the photo shoot that much better and give you the best possible value for your money.
What should I expect from my photo shoot?
A lot of fun! :) And the unexpected. Normally the photo shoot lasts about an hour, sometimes a bit longer. You and I will meet at a previously agreed location. The location will be specifically chosen based on our initial chat.
Is there anything I need to do before the photo shoot?
Yes. I will email you at least five (5) days before the shoot to discuss and give suggestions on what colors to wear (or not to wear ;)). Most importantly I want you to feel comfortable in what you’re wearing. We will also talk about what type of make-up to wear and how to fix your hair, all of which are decided based on our chat.
What’s the “Reveal”?
The Reveal is a time for you and I to reflect on your experience being photographed. We will go through the photographs one by one and you will have a chance to talk about each of them, go into detail about any emotions, thoughts, memories they bring up. You’re also able to purchase the photographs during this time.
PAYMENT, DATA ETC.
How do I handle the payment?
You can use direct bank transfer or cash. Deposit (50%) will be paid at the time of booking and the final 50% is due on the day of the photo shoot.
How many photographs do I get to see?
The best 20-40 photographs, fully edited.
How do I purchase the photographs?
You can either purchase the photographs through a private web store or during the Reveal. You will have access to the photos online for 30 days after the Reveal.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?
I will re-do your photo shoot, free of charge of course. I’ll want to know what specifically you were unsatisfied with in order for me to improve my service and serve you better. Because happy customer means happy Erika! :)
